マチェッロ

stone-ground, street-loud matcha

A neon tea bar in vector form. Shade-grown leaf, milled slow, whisked hard — served with a fox mask and far too much attitude.

店内 · the counter

Pick your poison

Tins, tools and the full set. Every tin is stone-milled to order and stamped with the fox seal before it ships.

作法 · four moves

The ritual, minus the ceremony

  1. 01

    Sift

Two grams through a fine mesh. No clumps, no excuses.

  2. 02

    Pour

70ml at 80°C. Boiling water is how bitterness wins.

  3. 03

    Whisk

Fast W-strokes for 20 seconds until the foam holds.

  4. 04

    Drink

Straight, iced, or drowned in oat milk. Your shop now.

産地 · uji & yame

Two valleys. One mask.

Our leaf comes off two shaded terraces — one above the Uji river in Kyoto, one in the Yame hills of Fukuoka — both tended by growers we have worked with for three generations. We mill on granite in Kyoto, seal same-day, and let a fox mask do the marketing.
