Order tracking

Your order number is in the confirmation email, next to the fox seal. Enter it with the billing email you used and we will tell you exactly where the tin is.

Look up an order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What happens after you pay

  1. Order received

    Payment cleared and the order is on the bench.

  2. Milled & packed

    Sealed the same day it is milled.

  3. Handed to the courier

    Your tracking number arrives by email at this point.

  4. Delivered

    Whisk it loudly.

Orders leave us in 1–2 business days and reach most Saudi addresses in 2–5.
