These terms govern every order placed through this store. By placing an order you accept them, so it is worth the five minutes.
1. Who you are buying from

“We”, “us” and “the house” mean that company. “You” means the person placing the order.
2. Ordering
Adding an item to your cart is not a contract. A contract forms only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that point we may decline an order — for example when an item has sold out between your click and our stockroom, when the price shown was clearly wrong, or when we cannot deliver to your address.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout, before you pay, and shown as a separate line.

- We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by our payment processor.

4. Products
Matcha is an agricultural product. Colour, aroma and flavour shift between harvests and between terraces, and photographs on this site are representative rather than exact. A variation of that kind is not a defect.
Harvest dates, grades and tasting notes are given in good faith and reflect the lot in the tin at the time it was listed. Where a product is sold by weight, that weight is the net weight of the powder.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms, timings and costs are set out on our Policies page and form part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel and return, and the exceptions that apply to food products, are set out in full on the Policies page. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of Saudi Arabia.
7. Gift cards
- Gift cards are issued as a code redeemable only in this store.
- They are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be reloaded.
- Any unused balance stays on the code and can be used on a later order.
- Gift cards expire [PLACEHOLDER: expiry period, e.g. 12 months] after issue.
- We are not able to replace a code that has been lost or shared with someone else.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with this site or anyone else’s use of it. Do not resell our products as your own brand without a written wholesale agreement from us.
10. Our content
The MATCHLLO name, the fox mark, the artwork, the photographs and the text on this site belong to us. You may share and link to them; you may not copy them into a commercial context or pass them off as your own.
11. Allergens and suitability
Matcha contains caffeine. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or sensitive to caffeine, check with a doctor before drinking it regularly. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Allergen information for each product is printed on the tin.
12. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — customs, carrier failure, weather, or a harvest that does not arrive.
Nothing here excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall to the competent courts of [PLACEHOLDER: city]. Talk to us first — most things are settled in one message.
